Owner of Summit Sisters Roofing
Welland, Ontario, Canada
Native to Northern Alberta, Canada, Samanntha started out in the roofing industry roughly 10 years ago. In that time span, she started her own company called J&S Prestige Roofing, as well as a second company called The Summit Sisters. Well known as the Roofer Girl - a social media influencer, Samanntha leads by example sharing her expertise and insight with nearly 290k followers on Facebook. She has been featured in various news articles and is known as a brand ambassador for Primeline Tools.
Samanntha stands for women empowerment. In 2022, she gathered female roofers from across Canada to be part of a documentary (which later became The Summit Sisters). The documentary was created to highlight female roofers, to inspire and to encourage other women in the industry. Dedicated to her craft, Samanntha frequently attends The Blue-Collar American Dream Conference, Win The Storm, as well as online workshops for Native Women’s Association of Canada.
As inspiration to those around her, Samanntha leads a family of roofers, with 5 siblings who work in roofing. She helped guide and train her family within the industry. As a pillar of the community, she enjoys traveling back to her home for a few weeks to fix up the community members’ roofs. In addition to her work ethic and dedication to her community, Samanntha frequents the conference scene as a guest speaker, one of which is the Edmonton for Indigenous Youth and an upcoming conference about Health and Wellness (also an avid gym enthusiast!).
