Plus tickets, airfare and accommodations to the NWIR Days 2027 event and the 2027 International Roofing Expo.

Four (4) runners up will receive $1,000 (USD) each, that can be used to further their professional careers.

QXO is shining a spotlight on hardworking women in the roofing industry. For this North American competition, QXO encourages the public to nominate a woman who has faced adversity or gone above and beyond for a customer, co-worker, or her community - women that build by example.

What types of jobs qualify for female roofing professional?

All types including (but not limited to), roof installers, office managers, project managers, siding professionals, payroll professionals, digital marketers, owners, accounting professionals, and so many more!

Eligibility: Persons nominated to participate in the Contest must be (a) a legal resident of a province or territory of Canada or one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (b) have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at time of nomination; (c) self-identify as female; and (d) employed at the time of nomination in the residential or commercial roofing industry, regardless of the capacity in which the person is employed and regardless of whether the person is employed with a residential or commercial roofing materials manufacturer or contractor (the “Nominees”).
