Jessica Reid had never imagined that she would own a roofing company. After the tragic loss of her husband in 2018, she took over the role of President of Reid’s Roofing and Insulation and has continued to grow a highly respected and sought-after roofing company. Jessica’s drive to build a successful business is inspired by her late husband, Calvin Reid. She continues to lead her team based on her late husband’s work ethic: love hard, work hard, and play hard.
Reid’s Roofing and Insulation is celebrating 13 years and has experienced incredible growth. They now have a branch in New Brunswick and recently launched a new division, Reid’s Roofing Commercial. Jessica’s hard work has also been rewarded with many accolades. Her company has won the Homestar’s Best of Roofing award for the past five years. Customers note her team’s prompt service, courtesy, and integrity. Jessica and her team understand how important your home is to you and treat it with the utmost care.
Though Jessica has had to work through incredible adversity after losing her husband and business partner, she has remained focused on growth and achieving big goals for her company; persevering and achieving incredible levels of success in a male-dominated industry. Her advice for other women in business has always been to stay strong and confident.
