Rodney is a 70-year-old veteran who operated and drove tanks and ammo trucks for the US Army. He resides with his wife Barbara in Plant City, Florida. They currently have a severe roof leak and Habitat for Humanity has been trying to assist the family but is currently very limited on financial resources.
