DATES OF PROMOTION: The “Holiday Giveaways Promotion 2023” presented by Beacon Roofing Supply (the “Promotion”) begins at 9:00:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 4, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on December 15, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”). There will be one (1) random drawing held at the end of each day during the Promotion Period for four (4) $500 egift cards (awarded in local currency, e.g., US residents will receive USD and Canadian residents will receive CAD) that will be awarded as prizes each day, for a total of forty-eight (48) egift cards over the course of the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to professional contractor and roofing contractor customers who: (a) have a free cash or credit account (the “Account”) with Beacon Roofing Supply, (b) are a resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, or a legal resident of a province or territory of Canada; (c) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry; and (d) subscribe to daily emails from Beacon Roofing Supply through the Promotion website (https://go.becn.com/12-days-of-holiday-giveaways) (the “Entrant”). The Account of any Entrant who is selected as a prize winner must be in “good standing” meaning, the Account is not in collection status or delinquent. Internet access required.

Excluded from eligibility in this Promotion are the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and mandataries of Beacon Roofing Supply (‘’Beacon’’ or the “Sponsor”) and its parent, affiliated or related companies, agencies, suppliers of the materials and services related to this Promotion, and members of any immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such individuals. Persons who have previously won a contest, sweepstakes or promotion of any kind sponsored by or otherwise associated with Sponsor within the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the start of this Promotion are ineligible to participate or win a prize.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Entrants who subscribe to daily emails from Beacon through the Promotion website (https://go.becn.com/12-days-of-holiday-giveaways) will receive an email notification for that day’s entry form, and will be automatically entered after completing the daily entry form during the Promotion Period, including by answering all questions in the form, which is being administered by Beacon’s vendor partner. Four potential winners will be selected at random for one of four (4) $500 egift Cards (awarded in local currency, e.g., US residents will receive USD and Canadian residents will receive CAD) daily. Open the daily email or visit the Promotion website daily to submit your completed form for the daily giveaway. To be eligible for the daily draw, forms must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

Limit: Entrants can earn only one (1) entry per day (i.e., one entry for each of the drawings) for each completed form during the Promotion Period. Any attempt to complete more than one form per day for the purposes of obtaining entries into the Promotion will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Entries are subject to Account validation and verification.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the Entrant submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the Account is registered. Potential prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder or the Account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, telephone numbers, identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion.

PRIZES:A total of forty-eight (48) $500 egift cards (awarded in local currency, e.g., US residents will receive USD and Canadian residents will receive CAD) will be awarded as prizes in the Promotion. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash alternative is available except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners will be responsible for all gratuities and other incidental costs or expenses not identified as being included in these rules. Prize winners are required to comply with all applicable federal, state/provincial/territorial, and local laws, rules and regulations. The prizes may be taxable as income and all taxes associated with the prizes (including but not limited to income taxes) are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The depiction of the prizes in any advertising or promotional materials may not reflect the actual prize delivered to the prize winner.

HOW TO WIN: At 10:00 a.m. ET on each business day following a day of the Promotion Period, at 505 Huntmar Park Dr., Suite 300, Herndon, VA 20171, USA, a random draw will be conducted to select four (4) potential prize winners from amongst all eligible Entries received on the preceding day of the Promotion Period. The random drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these official rules, and are final and binding in all respects.

Odds of being selected as Prize Winner will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the particular day of the Promotion Period. Number of prizes will decrease as awarded.

PRIZE CLAIM CONDITIONS: Upon verification, the potential prize winner will be notified by the Sponsor by email (the “Notification”) during the 14-day period following the date of the draw. Sponsor will make three (3) attempts to reach a potential prize winner either in person or by email or telephone. Potential prize-winning Notifications will not be left on voicemail. In the event the Sponsor cannot reach a potential prize winner via the Notification after three (3) attempts, or if it is determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion, that a potential prize winner is not eligible in accordance with these official rules, an alternate potential prize winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and will be notified as outlined above until the all prize winners are confirmed. Except where prohibited, each potential prize winner must sign and return to the Sponsor, an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/publicity release (the “Release”).

RESIDENTS OF CANADA ONLY: Before being declared a confirmed winner, each selected winner who is a resident of Canada must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered online.

Names of prize manufacturers/trademark owners are used solely for the purpose of identification of the prizes. No endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or approval by prize manufacturers is intended or implied by such use. No more than the prizes set forth in these official rules will be awarded.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: When you enter the Promotion, Sponsor and its authorized agents will collect, use and disclose the personal information you provide for the purposes of Promotion administration and prize fulfillment. Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion is stored on servers located in the United States, and may be subject to foreign legislation. By accepting a prize, prize winner consents (and agrees to sign any additional documents required by Sponsor to formalize, effect or perfect such consent) to Sponsors use of his/her name, likeness (photograph and/or video), biographical information, and voices in advertising/publicity/trade (including local and/or national television stations, or print publications that may be covering any element of this Promotion), without compensation, notice or approval; and each prize winner disclaims any ownership rights in the content of such advertising/publicity/trade material. Tennessee Residents will not be required to sign a publicity release as a condition of winning a prize, if applicable.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein. All entries become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned. All entries and prize claims are subject to verification. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial/territorial, municipal/local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

RIGHT TO VOID / TERMINATE / SUSPEND / MODIFY: Subject to any approval required by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux with respect to residents of Quebec, should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, compromised (as applicable) by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and conduct the Promotion in a manner which in its sole discretion is fair, appropriate and consistent with these official rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be made available. In such event, subject to any approval required by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux with respect to residents of Quebec, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion (but subject to) to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these official rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or reject any incomplete, inaccurate or false entry.

ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC ONLY: Entrants residing in the Province of Québec: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: By participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, members, shareholders, insurers, servants, divisions, predecessors, successors, representatives, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, including any consultants and/or legal advisors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, redemption or use of a prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software (if applicable); (b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (c) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (d) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Promotion; (e) any printing or typographical, distribution or production errors in any Promotion-related materials; (f) accessed without authorization, stolen, destroyed, altered, lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or indecipherable entries; or (g) any incomplete or inaccurate information.
